Constitution Turn Around Cruise

This narrated tour of Boston's inner harbor focuses on the annual turning of the USS Constitution. This historic turn happens for two reasons: 1) to ensure her sides weather evenly while she is at dock and 2) to keep her active commission in the US Navy she must travel one nautical mile each year. On this voyage she heads out to Castle Island in South Boston, where she fires a 21-gun salute before returning to her berth in Charlestown.
The Constitution only makes the trip once a year -- don't miss this 3-hour cruise that leaves Long Wharf at 10AM on July 4 and comes complete with a breakfast buffet of chilled juices, fresh fruits, and a tantalizing assortment of baked goods – all for just $60.
