$75 per person (includes the following)

Selection of one appetizer or pasta, two entrees, two sides, and one dessert

Also includes bread basket, coffee, decaffeinated coffee, tea

Hors d’Oeuvres and Stationary Options are priced separately

 

Appetizers

  • Arugula Salad – Shaved cucumbers, fennel, tomato and basil vinaigrette
  • Mixed Greens Salad – Shaved parmesan, medium egg, green beans, shaved radish
  • Roasted Beet Salad – Chevre goat cheese, pistachio vinaigrette, parsley
  • Beefsteak Tomatoes – Olive oil, mint, basil, sea salt, black pepper (with Heirloom Tomatoes in July & August)
  • Sugar Snap Pea Salad – Mint, ricotta, marcona almond vinaigrette
  • Chilled Potato Salad – Truffle aioli, frisee, grapefruit
